Summary
Following is a summary of some of the activities Logica would undertake in relation to performing Portfolio Management Services.  They include, without being limited to or all-encompassing (specific activities are performed in direct relation to the transaction at hand):

• Compile summary term sheets of specific assets being sold as needed;
• Contact third-party financing sources to determine interest in asset purchases or asset sales;
• Act as intermediary in bringing the parties together, negotiate deal terms and documentation with the respective third-parties, including legal counsel, etc.;
• Perform credit risk analyses of borrowers in accordance with the lender’s internal credit risk policies; and/or advise lenders who are looking to implement or modify credit risk policies; and
• Perform loan servicing activities that lenders are looking to outsource, including periodical monitoring and maintenance of loan documents as they relate to interest, maturity, notices, covenants, financial information, etc;
